The SWEET Lumpia

I love Filipino food! Especially when it comes to desserts. I have a big spot in my stomach, and it is all for sweet, and tasty desserts. The Filipino dessert that I love the most is, "Turon." I could eat Turon all day long, be it Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner.

Turon is made using three main ingredients, which are bananas, sugar, and the spring roll wrapper. I is very easy to create this dessert. All you need is a hot pan filled with oil. The first thing you have to do is, cut the bananas lengthwise. Coat the banana with sugar, and wrap it with the spring roll wrapper. Fold the spring roll wrapper and seal the edges with water. Caramelize the brown sugar in the hot oil, until it floats. Fry the Turon until the wrapper turns into a golden brown color. Serve it, and enjoy eating it with your friends, or family members.

This delicacy is so good, especially when you pair it with jackfruit. The jackfruit is optional, but it increases the taste of the Turon. Though many people have innovated different kinds of Turon, the classic one would really be the best. This "SWEET" lumpia gives me so much joy! It is really a must-try.
This dish is certainly a "Must Try"

McGregor was an undefeated fighter in the UFC. Sadly, McGrefor lost to Diaz in the 2nd round, due to submission. During the first round, McGregor looked very comfortable, landing punches and kicks that made Diaz bleed. The second round got even more intense, as both fighters were already tired, and with Diaz having a bloody face, it looked like Conor McGregor was going to win. McGregor tried taking down Nate Diaz, but failed, which gave Nate Diaz an advantage and quickly locked McGregor in a rear naked choke. McGregor eventually submitted, and earned his first loss in his UFC career.

McGregor said a statement after the fight, it stated, "I’m humble in victory and in defeat. I respect Nate. It is what it is. I’ll face it like a man."

The Season of Surprises

Last season, the plays, teams, players were very unpredictable. There were a lot of surprises during that season. Lebron James left the Miami heat to go back to his homeland, Cleveland. This was one of the season's best surprises, Lebron leaving the Miami Heat, the number 1 contender of the San Antonio Spurs for the championship title. But this is not the best this season has to offer. The Golden State Warriors showed to everyone, literally everyone that they can put up a fight and make history in the NBA. The team is full of potential as almost all of them are still very young. The one leading this team to victory is the one and only Stephen Curry. Curry's average points during the 2014 - 2015 season was a dazzling 23.75. After that he kept on improving and improving and until now he still is the reigning MVP and the "must watch" NBA All Star player. He know averages an astonishing 30.68 points per game this season.

But let us not focus only on one player. Stephen Curry's partner in crime is the one and only Klay Thompson. He may not average the same points or steals as Curry has, but he is still a show stopper. Once he made 30 points in just 1 quarter. Imagine that? He averaged Curry's points per game in just 1 quarter. Watch the full highlights here. He managed to still live up to his name as a brother to Stephen Curry, a splash brother.

This season Klay Thompson was hailed as the 3 Point Contest Champion. He has defeated his splash brother, Stephen Curry, in shooting 3 pointers in the contest. Everyone was at awe as they never thought that he could make a mark in the history of NBA and further more imprint his name his name in the NBA Hall of Fame. With this everyone should watch out for this team. They will be one heck of an opponent.

Ok, now lets talk about the whole team itself. The team has lots to offer. With the lead of Stephen Curry and the aid of Klay Thompson and the rest of the team, they will be hard to take down. Due to the tremendous talent and leadership of Stephen Curry he doesn't take all of the points. He averaged a 6.5 in assists in every game which came 2nd to an average of 7.5 assists per game by Draymond Green.

Enough of the statistics. This team is very much religious. With the leadership of Stephen Curry they have faith in the Lord and is always driven by him all through out the match. You can see in their celebrations as they strike their hearts and point up to the lord.

3 Famous Japanese Meals

ITADAKIMASU! Or in English let’s eat!! As we all know, the Japanese cuisine has its own unique traditional and seasonal dishes such as rice dishes, meat, seafood, and side dishes full of fish and pickled vegetables. Here I’ll be explaining three famous Japanese food such as Sushi, Ramen and my personal favorite Tonkatsu. So without being said let’s go ahead and get right into it.

Sushi is indeed a worldwide gift from the Japanese. Sushi is actually raw fish served on rice with small amount of vinegar rolled up with toasted seaweed. Because of its freshness of the ingredients, sushi has been known for its rich taste and juiciness. Sushi can be tangy at times but with its variety of flavors and textures people have their own personal favorites. Its popularity caused a lot of creative minds to make their own version of sushi like mixing and adding more ingredients which caused the variety of flavors and textures of sushi.

Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish which has menma, onions, soy sauce or miso, seaweed, and pork as toppings. Actually, Ramen are originally Chinese style noodles but it was varied ever since and allowed the Japanese to make their own version which is known for. Ramen is known for its three factors; the various and freshness of the ingredients, inexpensive, and is widely available making it a good ideal choice for the travelers.

Lastly, the Tonkatsu my personal favorite. Because of its crunchy and fresh ingredients such as cabbage, breaded pork cutlets, and the sauce itself made me fall in love with Tonkatsu. It may not be the healthiest food around but it's rather a comfort food which I couldn't agree more. Tonkatsu is also a western style Japanese food but because of its common ingredients that can be found in most supermarkets, Tonkatsu can be really easy to make.

In recent years, Japanese cuisine has become much more familiar and admire by the world. With a wide variety of dishes, people have their own favorite dish and even try to make a version of their own. Japanese food wasn't just popular but because of its seasonal changes in food made the Japanese dish unique compare to other cuisines.
