Dark Souls 3: Prepare to Die... again

Its happening. The third installment of the infamous series Dark Souls will be coming on April 1, 2016. For those of you that don't know, Dark souls is a game made from "From Software". Dark Souls is famous for its ridiculously hard gameplay that will definitely keep you on edge. Bosses and even common enemies of this game will prove to be quite challenging. In some instances you will be outnumbered or be overwhelmed by the boss' difficulty. But the rewarding feeling of overcoming these obstacles is one of the main reasons why this game is revered by so many fans. But Dark souls is not only known for it's difficulty. It's unique way of telling the story to the players through vague dialogues and short item descriptions keep us wondering and dying (see what I did there) to know more of what really happened in the dark souls universe. Dark souls has been around since 2011 but I only picked it up recently. At first I expected a very miserable experience of repetitive deaths and that was all the game had going. And I was right you do die a lot, but nonetheless it was really fun and enjoyable. The difficulty may be frightening but once you get over that hump you will see why people play this game. Watch the gameplay for Dark Souls 3 here: Gameplay Trailer
The game looks amazing and also at the same time very intimidating. It seems to be harder than the previous games because it is more fast paced. The graphics look very similar to their other work BloodBorne which, in my opinion, looks gorgeous. Did I mention the outstanding soundtrack this game has? Even the trailer music got me all hyped up. I'm looking forward to playing yet another masterpiece from From Software. I highly recommend that if you haven't played this game you should consider trying it out. When you do try it out here's a little warning.

Journey to Japan

There is so much to experience in Japan that is, well, uniquely Japanese. Last year of April, we went to Japan (me and my family) and we stayed there for a month and it was the best experience I had. As for now Japan is my all time favorite because there are few things that I really like about them and I will mention it in a while. Having studied Japanese language and other sort of stuff like their culture, and especially their food, I felt sure that Japan was a place where I wanted to explore in more depth, over a long period of time.

These are a few of my favorite things about Japan.
1. SEAFOOD
Of course, dining in Japan is high quality. Its actually difficult to have a bad meal. World class cuisine is not unique to Japan (What with Chinese, Italian, Thai, Indian, French, etc.) but Japan does seafood best. No wonder: with a longer history of fishing than of animal husbandry, Japan has discovered how to make even algae delicious! Japanese eat more seafood than anyone else
2. PUBLIC TRANSPORT
How many cities in the size of Tokyo can move millions around daily on infrastructure that is, even if overcrowded at times, relatively clean, safe and clean? Not many. I was lost in Japan, once. Inside the train because me and my family made a misunderstanding. So inside the train I was crying and I didn't know how to speak Japanese but maybe a little bit. Then this man came up to me and gave me his phone to call my parents and call the officials of the train to call them. They have the best service too! Japanese commuters are so polite.
3. ANIME
I've been reading comic books since I was 6 years old, and have long admired Japanese animation and comic art. I can't resist anime's clean lines, sense of space and forcefulness, and storyboard style of narrative. They make the best anime since then.

Overall:

In general I can say that Japan is one the best place to go for a vacation not only of her rich and old cultures also the cleanliness of the places. Japanese people were known for their politeness and punctuality. Mass transportation were very efficient and always on time. The sceneries were breathtaking especially during the spring when the cherry blossoms are on it's peak. My experience in Japan were unforgettable and cherish it forever.

FEU Triumphs in the UAAP Season 78 Senior Men's Basketball Finals

With the FEU Senior's Men's Basketball Team failing to beat the NU Bulldogs last year in their Season 77 Finals match up. Last December 2, 2015, the FEU Tamaraws again reached the UAAP Finals for the second time in a row. Now they are facing a strong and hungry UST team, led by their big 3 composed of Ed Daquioag, Kevin Ferrer, and Karim Abdul.
UST was on top of the game 59-53, during the last 4 minutes of the 4th quarter. Russel Escoto made a freethrow, while RR Pogoy gave FEU a boost in the dying minutes of the 4th quarter of Game 3, gaining 7 points in order carry their team to victory. UST's Kevin Ferrer missed 2 straight 3-point shots, that dissolved the Growling Tiger's chance of winning the Season 78 UAAP championship title.

The Far Eastern University Tamaraws ended their 10 year championship drought, and won their 20th Championship in UAAP history. FEU Star Forward Mac Belo led the way with 23 points and 8 rebounds, and was named the UAAP Finals MVP, averaging a double-double of 17.3 points and 10.7 rebounds.

The Trendsetter

The way you look outside, gives others a perspective of who you are inside. These days, fashion trends come in different categories. Some of which are the retro look, sporty look, schoolgirl/schoolboy look, and the colorful look. Some of these are based from trends dating back to the 60's to the 80's.

Teens like me are choosy when it comes to choosing the clothes that best fit our lifestyle. I am a very classy and athletic person, and that is why I choose the retro and sporty looks. I love wearing trendy clothing, but I always make sure that I am comfortable with what I am wearing. I also have to make sure that my clothes fit the shade of the shoes that I am wearing. Training, and basketball shoes are now becoming a fashion trend because of the different designs that attract everybody's attention. Some brands that sell the best sneakers of that kind are, "Jordan," "Nike," "New Balance," and all the other famous shoe brands we have always loved.

Unlike before, receiving socks as a gift is very "cheap." But now, we would be grateful for receiving a pair of socks as a gift. Especially when the socks are colorful and beautiful. Wearing socks that have nice designs are very attractive.

Having the best kind of outfit is certainly a must, for adults, and mostly teenagers.

First Day in HK

Golden Hour(Sunset) at Victoria Harbor
Last year of December, me and my family went to Hong Kong to celebrate New Year’s Eve there. Our first day was hell, our arrival was 3:00 pm lunch time and all of us were tired and hungry. So we ate at McDonald’s so we can head to the hotel immediately but after all the food we ate we ran out of energy as we look for the MTR(train) in the airport. After spending an hour looking for the train we went at the hotel and my mom and my sister took a nap while me and my dad decided to roam around at Victoria Harbor that is across the street.

Thats me on the right with my parents

We went to Victoria Harbor and took pictures of the harbor and when it was getting dark we went back to the hotel to fetch my mom and my sister so they can see the harbor. It was really cold on a windy night, I didn’t expect that it’ll be cold that month. After a million times of taking pictures at the harbor we went back to the hotel early so we can rest since we had a long day ahead of us.

Bring out the SWAG in you.

Streetwear is a fashion movement influenced by what is currently happening "on the streets". it is an inspiration from hip-hop and skateboarding fashion, people are given the chance to make their own looks. Streetwear fashion brings out our inner fashion stylist. Jeans, hoodies, baseball caps, tshirts and sneakers are the most evident pieces, with features of retro designs, bold colors and logos.

I really love streetwear, because of its colors and very authenthic designs. the clothes maybe a little bit expensive but outcome is worth it, because you will surely look good not only that but also feel good. wearing streetwear gives me this so called "swag" that gives me confidence and ofcourse brighthen up my day. the other reasons why i like streetwear because it gives me the liberty to create my own looks.

Streetwear fashion is rapidly being exposed to alot of people most especially to the youth.

Sweet, Sweet Victory

What are ice creams?

Ice cream is a soft frozen food made with sweetened and flavored milk fat. It is a mixture of cream and milk. It is the definition of desserts.

Ice creams can be served to you in 2 ways:

1. By Cone

2. By Cup/Bowl

I am pretty sure everyone loves sweets, specifically ice cream. All of those wonderful flavors that you just cannot resist. Flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies n' cream, etc... are so irresistible. There are also other flavors which is a mixture of different kind of flavors.Stores like Baskin-Robbins, Gelatissimo, Cold Stone, etc... are so attractive.

Ever since I was a kid, there was never a day that I did not want ice cream. Every time I see ice cream I always force my mom to buy me a cone or two. Of course as a kid who always eats ice cream, I was fat. But I never really regretted every bite I had in such a luscious and so majestic mixture of cream and milk. On top of everything we could add toppings and make our ice cream even more mouth watering.
